Vic Waters
The
Impacs like all good bands needed a strong front 
man. Barnes knew just the person to fit the bill, his best friend back in
Savannah Vic Waters. His mother hesitant to let him go agreed after Barnes
promised they would be enrolling in a very prominent junior college in St
Petersburg. Vic's energy and talent fueled the band to success and even inspired
their off chute mega band The Entertainers. Vic now lives in Darien, Georgia
with his wife, has two sons who also are musicians and even get a chance to play
music together showcased as The Lounge Lizards
